Spiral Mining of Chronic Hepatitis Data

چکیده
In this paper, we present a part of our 3-year endeavor for mining the chronic hepatitis data. With our time-series decision tree and PrototypeLines, we have successfully derived a prediction model for liver cirrhosis and detected various exceptionalities in the data respectively. These methods were employed in our spiral discovery of a separate prediction model. Now we believe that it is important to analyze various cases chronologically by collaborating with medical experts.
